This license does not allow us to sell or license your artwork or act as your agent.

Information you publish may be publicly visible and searchable.You can control your profile visibility at any time through your account settings.Please remember that public content may be indexed by search engines.

aThe New Folium may, at its sole discretion, feature artists, collections, or artworks in curated selections, newsletters, or on the Spotlight page. Inclusion is not guarenteed and does not imply endorsement or an exclusive relationship.

Brands, buyers, and other visitors may browse public content, contact artists, and engage with the Platform. Any agreements, transactions, or communications between artists and visitors are solely between those parties.

You are responsible for your communications and interactions with other users or visitors.The New Folium is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of those interactions.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We strive to keep The New Folium available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
