Intellectual Property Policy

The New Folium respects the intellectual property rights of artists and creators. This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims and how you can report or respond to them.

The New Folium is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects our community to do the same.

Copyright Ownership

Artists retain full ownership of all artwork they upload to The New Folium. By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have all necessary permissions to display it on the Platform.

License Granted to The New Folium

By uploading artwork, you grant The New Folium a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and promote your artwork on the Platform for the purpose of showcasing your portfolio and connecting you with potential opportunities.

Respecting Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload or share content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on The New Folium infringes your copyright, please submit a notification using the instructions below. We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action.

Information Required in a Notice

To be considered valid, your notice must include the following:

Your full name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work
The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content
A statement of good faith belief
A statement under penaity of perjury
Your electronic or physical signature

Our Review Process

Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will contact the uploader and may request additional information before making a final decision.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submita counter-nottication, rour counter-notice must include all the information listed above plus an explanation of why the content was removed in error.We will review both the original notice and your counter-notification before determining whether the content should be restored.

Repeat Infringers

Artists who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts restricted or permanently terminiated.

10.

Misrepresentation

Falsely claiming ownership, licensing rights, or providing false information about artwork may resuit in content removal account suspension. or legal action.

11.

Policy Updates

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts when necessary.
