By uploading artwork, you grant The New Folium a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and promote your artwork on the Platform for the purpose of showcasing your portfolio and connecting you with potential opportunities.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload or share content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
If you believe that content on The New Folium infringes your copyright, please submit a notification using the instructions below. We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action.

Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will contact the uploader and may request additional information before making a final decision.

Artists who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts restricted or permanently terminiated.
Falsely claiming ownership, licensing rights, or providing false information about artwork may resuit in content removal account suspension. or legal action.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts when necessary.
