We started The New Folium with a simple idea: artists deserve a place where their work can live, be discovered, and create meaningful opportunities over time. By bringing together portfolios, artwork, and creative businesses in one searchable space, we hope to make those connections a little easier and a lot more intentional.

Is The New Folium really free?

Yes. Joining the waitlist is free, and artists will be able to create a profile for free when the platform launches.

When will The New Folium launch?

We are currently building the platform and inviting artists to join the early waitlist. Launch updates will be shared by email.

Who can join the waitlist?

The waitlist is open to illustrators, surface pattern designers, lettering artists, and other visual artists interested in being discovered by brands and creative clients.

Will I be able to link my portfolio and shops?

Yes. Artists will be able to add links to their portfolio, website, social profiles, and selected shops or platforms where their work can be found.

How will artists be discovered?

Artists will be discoverable through searchable profiles, artwork categories, styles, mediums, and themes. The platform is also being built with SEO best practices and other visibility tools to maximize discoverability both on The New Folium and across the web.

Can I suggest features or give feedback?

Yes. Early artists are encouraged to share feedback so we can shape the platform around real creative needs.
